Functional Movement (W.S)

In the functional movement classes we focus on gently building strength, flexibility, and skills to combat and prevent the changes that can occur with age (or when recovering from injury or surgery). Using a variety of exercise modems, our goal is to increase strength, stability, and range of motion while at the same time getting a little cardio. Classes are appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, especially for those individuals either newer to exercise, returning after a hiatus, or those people challenged by age or physical limitations.
