Libby Scofield, will lead us on this journey to healthy feet. Libby is a lifelong athlete and gardener who found that gardening, the gym and two young children had begun to create wear and tear. Dragged to her first Pilates class by a friend she was elated with how much Pilates improved her injuries, gave her better all around strength, energy and balance.

Libby took her full apparatus training and certification in Seattle in 2006 and Certified through the PMA in the same year.Since 2006 Libby has also become certified as a Personal Trainer, YogAlign Instructor, Holistic Health Coach and Healthy Foot Practitioner. She is currently enrolled in the Nutritious Movement program.

In her professional life prior to teaching Pilates Libby worked in the Health Care Field as a Family Practice Medical Manager, a financial counselor at a trauma hospital, and monitoring serious adverse events in Biotech. Her experiences led her to believe that our culture looks at health as a problem to be solved symptomatically instead of as a state to be maintained through choices made every moment of every day.

As a health coach with a background in the medical field and years of fitness experience Libby brings a unique and informed approach to creating the kind of sustainable change required to create a life that feels good physically and is satisfying emotionally.Libby’s mission is to help clients assess and achieve their fitness, wellness and rehabilitation goals by providing mindful coaching, strong support and the highest quality of service and instruction, giving clients durable and sustainable new habits and skills to sustain the body and the mind.
